How do I order on MiracleWoolArt?

Orders are placed on MiracleWoolArt.com. Customer selects the items to purchase, enters a valid shipping address, and selects a form of payment. An order is considered submitted and Complete when payment has been received. No order will be shipped until the order is Complete and payment has been processed.

Shipping Policy

Customer orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted. Shipping will occur within three (3) business days of the completed order. We do not charge for shipping within the continental USA states, unless expedited shipping is requested. Customer will receive an email notification of shipment.

Return Policy

We understand there can be circumstances when customer may want to return a purchased item. We will be happy to cooperate with the customer in this case, however we hope you understand that because of the unique nature of our products our return policy has to be limited. The purchased item may be returned within 14 days of receiving it. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment used to place the order.  The return shipping will be paid by the customer and shipping charges are not refundable. Prior to making a return or exchange, please use the Contact form to reach us and discuss the reason for return.
No returns will be accepted if past the 14 day period. MiracleWoolArt.com reserves the right to refuse any return or apply a restocking fee up to 100% if the return is not in acceptable resale condition.
